 Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and a highly skilled therapist to join our team! In this role, you will provide professional therapy and counseling services to individuals with mental health conditions.  You will conduct assessments, facilitate groups, wellness workshops, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed social worker (LMSW/LCSW), LMHC, Psychologist

Responsibilities 
  • Perform intakes and assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based and holistic treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Facilitate wellness workshop 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Perform regular wellness checks
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • Current and unrestricted LMSW/LCSW, LMHC
  • Clinical Experience providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with mental health conditions for 2+years
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse populations.
  • Highly organized
  • Culturally competent
  • Specialization or additional training in specific areas such as trauma, child and adolescent counseling, or couples therapy.
  • Experience working in a private practice or healthcare setting is highly desirable
  • Haitian Creole or Spanish speaker preferred 
Fee- for-service/part time positions also available

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
