Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-time Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. This is a 3 full days salaried position. If you are a licensed social worker (LMSW/LCSW) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based and holistic treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Facilitate wellness workshop
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted LMSW/LCSW
- Clinical Experience Maintaining a caseload: 2+ years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Culturally competent
- Haitian Creole or Spanish speaker preferred

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year
